How do I contact you?

For all inquiries (including questions about products and/or your order) please send a message through the Contact page or send an email to proyectoprotect@gmail.com.

I don’t have PayPal. How do I pay?

At checkout, click on “Pay with PayPal.” On the screen that pops up, click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.” This will let you use PayPal guest checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Clothing items: Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there will be delays. The print on demand service I use is operating at a reduced capacity to ensure the safety of their employees. Therefore, fulfillment times (how long it takes to create the product) are longer than usual. Some products are taking up to 3 weeks for fulfillment. Shipping time is also being affected by COVID-19. Once you’ve received a shipping notification, shipping may take 7-10 business days. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and I thank you for your patience.

Stickers: Fortunately, sticker orders will be received faster since I personally mail them out through USPS. Expect 1 fulfillment day + 2-8 business days for delivery. Of course, please keep in mind the possibility of delays. Stickers are mailed in a white, (6 x 6”) rigid paperboard mailer with our logo on it.

When will I receive tracking information?

Clothing items: Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your item to be placed in the mail for you to start tracking its location.

Stickers: In order to keep standard shipping free, sticker orders will not include tracking information. I wouldn’t be worried about items getting lost in the mail, but if you really want tracking information, send me a message before you place your order so that I know to create a shipping label for you once you've placed your order (it will be around $2.50+ extra).

Will multiple products in one order arrive separately?

Yes. Clothing items will arrive separately from sticker items because I personally mail out the stickers while a print on demand service ships out the clothing items. If you buy two different t-shirts, there is also a possibility that they may arrive separately because different clothing items are sometimes made at different facilities.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Each item mentions the corresponding international shipping price.

Any special discounts?

Yes! You get a FREE "Friendly Reminder" sticker when you purchase any PTWPU sticker, shirt, or hat! You get a FREE 2.1 x 2.7” PTWPU vinyl or matte sticker when you spend at least $36. For instance, if you want to buy two of our $18 PTWPU black and white t-shirts, add those to your cart, as well as a 2.1 x 2.7” vinyl or matte sticker of your choice. Then, at checkout, use the discount code FREESTICKER to get $3.00 off (which is the price of the sticker). Alternatively, you can pair your $36 dollar purchase with one of our 2.7 x 3.5” vinyl or matte stickers (which cost $4.15) and get $3.00 off of that sticker. This discount does not work with the holographic stickers and you must have at least one vinyl or matte sticker in your cart for it to work.

Can I cancel or change my order before I receive it?

Clothing items: If you would like to cancel or change a clothing item purchase before receiving it, please contact me ASAP with your order information! Since I use a print on demand service, I cannot cancel or change an order once it has the status Being Fulfilled. With the delays that are currently happening, I am not able to predict when the status of your order will change. However, in the past, I have seen the status of an order change as soon as 24 hours after the order was placed.

Stickers: If you would like to cancel or change a sticker purchase before receiving it, please contact me ASAP with your order information! I can only cancel or change the order before I mail it, which usually happens a day or so after the order is placed.

*I can issue you a full refund regardless of the reason for the refund if the clothing item order has not entered the Being Fulfilled stage yet or if the sticker has not been mailed out yet. *

Can I return or exchange a product?

*After a clothing item order has entered the Being Fulfilled stage or the sticker order has been mailed out, I can no longer offer refunds or returns for clothing items or stickers unless they are damaged or get lost in transit. Therefore, please make sure to check the size guide under each clothing item’s description to make sure it fits perfectly. *

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement at no charge! If you contact me after 14 days have passed, the replacement can no longer be for free. To make the process go by faster, please include photos of the unsatisfactory product and your order information in an email to proyectoprotect@gmail.com.

If your order never arrived, please contact me ASAP with your order information! For clothing items, first check that your correct shipping address is in the shipping confirmation. If the address is incorrect, I’d be more than happy to send you a replacement to the correct address. If the address is correct, I can offer you a full refund or send you a replacement to a new address to prevent it from getting lost again.
